Payments and Refunds — Zuri Voyages

 

Welcome to Zuri Voyages.

1. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Paystack (Card, M-Pesa, Bank Transfer)

  • Partial installment plans (on selected packages)

2. Booking Payments

  • A booking is confirmed only after payment or deposit is received

  • Some packages require full payment upfront

  • For custom trips: a 50% deposit is required

3. Refund Policy

Refunds depend on the package type:

Standard Packages

  • 100% refund if cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking

  • 50% refund if cancelled 21–14 days before travel

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before travel

International Events

Because of strict partner policies:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Balance may be transferable to another travel date (depends on partner availability)

4. No-Show Policy

No-shows automatically forfeit all payments.

5. Changes & Amendments

Changes such as:

  • Name edits

  • Date changes

  • Accommodation upgrades
    …may attract extra fees.
